Grad school stressing you out? Feeling homesick? Just need someone to talk to?
Dr. Meghan Hanlon from Counseling and Psychiatric Services (CAPS) will provide a workshop about how to manage the stress of being a graduate student! Information will be given on graduate student mental health, the “Impostor Syndrome,” self-care strategies, Georgetown resources for mental health and wellness, and experiential exercises on mindfulness meditation.
