Student Research Day, 2016!

Abstract submission is officially open for Student Research Day, which will be held on September 27th. This promises to be a fun and informative day, with poster presentations, talks, prizes, raffle giveaways, and an award ceremony and reception!

1.       Email your abstract to gumcgso@georgetown.edu

Follow the instructions here – https://biomedicalprograms.georgetown.edu/events/researchday2016. Refer to the dummy abstract for help! Abstract submission closes September 6^th.

2.       Within 1-2 days of submitting your abstract, you will receive a confirmation email as well as a link to provide additional information.

3.       Within 1 week of submitting your abstract, we will let you know if your abstract has been accepted. If it has not been accepted, we will let you know what needs to be corrected. If we have exceeded the amount of slots available for talks, you will also be notified and asked whether you would like to still present a poster.

4.       If you are presenting a poster and would like for us to print it, submit your poster (100MB limit, DPI 150 (max), 3ft wide by 4ft tall) to Heidi Coia by September 13^th at 5pm – hcg10@georgetown.edu.

5.       You will be notified when it is time to pick up your participant materials prior to SRD!
